Certificate of attendance
A certificate at the registration will be availbale at the registration desk on Thursday, 10 November after the last session. Certificates can not be forwarded to you after the course.

In spring 2011 it is possible to do an online ISMC examination. You will receive an email about the details and the examination date.

Liability and insurance
When registering for the ISMC 2011, participants agree that the organizers do not assume any liability whatsoever. Participants are advised to make their own arrangements in respect of health and travel insurance.
Terms of cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing or by e-mail (info@jcc-congressen.nl) addressed to JCC Congress Consultancy & Events.
- In case of cancellation after 1 October 2011, in case of “No Show” or in case of early departure during the stay in the hotel, the registration fee and the hotel fee will NOT be refunded.
